Hobbies, Interests, and Family
Most of Macaela’s time spent is caring for the tiny humans who call her, “Mommy.” Her favorite activity is watching her three kids experience new things in life – the latest was her daughter’s first gymnastics meet, her middle son’s T-ball game, and the newest little’s first smile. She is married to a very loving husband, and they encourage each other to live life as their best selves. As a family, they enjoy camping, participating in trail running races, hiking, working out, Sunday barbeques with friends, and watching their favorite baseball team the San Francisco Giants.

Who is Your Most Inspiring Role Model?
My parents. The love, respect, and encouragement that they have shown to not only their own children/family, but to all those they encounter, is who I want to be.
What is Your Greatest Accomplishment?
My greatest accomplishment to date has been gaining the title of “Mommy,” though I hope that my greatest accomplishment for the future, teamed with my husband, is raising our children to always be proud of who they are and to see the beauty in the differences around us.
What is your Spirit Animal?
My spirit animal is a Koala Bear. Their slow-moving attitude reminds me to live in the moment and not rush time away. I have three little kiddos and want to soak in every small moment I have with them because I won’t ever get this time back.
