With a background in Operations Management and Human Resources, Catherine provides mission-critical administrative support and backup to the human resource team on a daily basis. Her knowledge and support help maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) by ensuring data integrity, report generation, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Her role is also responsible for assisting with Recruiting, Training, New Employee Orientation, Onboarding, and Employee Lifecycle Management.

Some of my favorite hobbies include hiking, kayaking and taking day trips in the local area. I also enjoy attending concerts, listening to music, painting and trying new things with friends and family.

I have been very lucky to have a tribe of amazing and supportive people around me whether personally or professionally. My role models are individuals are genuine people. People who know who they are, firmly grounded in reality, truly present in the moment, they are generous, firmly routed in their convictions, they are trustworthy, and treat everyone with dignity and respect.
